At our Kent walk-in animal clinic, our team is dedicated to our beloved patients and their proud owners. We're backed by years of experience and a true passion for caring for pets.
Contact UsAs a walk-in veterinary clinic, we are an extension of your primary care veterinarian at those times when unexpected medical needs arise for your pet. We proudly serve pet owners in Kent and the surrounding areas.
We are happy to work closely with your family veterinarian to provide the best course of treatment for your pet.
We always put the needs and health of our patients first, and make it our mission to provide compassionate, professional care above all things.
We expect payment in full at the time services are provided or upon discharge of your pet. Payment can be made via cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
We are proud to offer CareCredit and ScratchPay as financing options. They provide an easy application process that will send you results within minutes.
A good faith estimate of the costs for our services will be provided to you before your pet is treated. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that impact your final bill.
We will always discuss our written estimate with all clients before they leave our facility. A deposit based on our estimate will be required prior to any further treatment.
If your pet is experiencing an emergency or needs urgent care, we prefer that clients call ahead. If your pet is unstable, we will likely stabilize him or her before referring you to a local emergency animal clinic or hospital. We are not equipped to offer overnight care.
If your pet is brought in, they will be stabilized and likely referred to one of the local emergency clinics or hospitals.
We provide veterinary medical care to cats and dogs.
You can purchase all the medications and specialty food your pet needs either via our online store or our in-house pharmacy.
You will be financially responsible for the initial examination fee, along with any diagnostics or treatment you consent to for your pet. This payment is due at the time of service.
For further diagnostics or surgery, an upfront deposit is required, with payment in full due when your pet is discharged.
We’re happy to help you complete pet insurance forms for your pet’s visit.
The process will be more pleasant for both you and your pet if you know what to expect when you visit our walk-in clinic.
At our walk-in clinic, you don't need to call ahead to book an appointment. Each morning starting at 9 am, clients are able to add their information to a sign-up sheet. Our vets then see pets on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Wait times vary depending on our caseload and the complexity of cases.
Please come early to complete our New Patient Form. To save some time, you can fill in the New Patient Form online before bringing your pet in.
One of our team members will review your pet's medical history and discuss their issues. You may ask any questions you'd like, and we'll take time to address them.
After one of our veterinarians has examined your pet, you will be provided with a diagnosis and treatment options. Your vet will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your vet.
Following your visit, we will create a detailed diagnostic report and summarize our discussion in writing, including a treatment plan you'll be able to reference when needed.
